The short version: We collect only what we need to run the service. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. You can request deletion at any time.
This Privacy Policy explains how RigMind AI LLC ("RigMind," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use rigmind.ai or rigmind.net (the "Service").
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password (via Supabase Auth). We do not store plain-text passwords.
Usage data: We track your daily rig build count and last reset date to enforce plan limits. We do not log or store the content of your tone queries beyond what is needed to process your request.
Payment information: If you subscribe to Pro, your payment details are handled entirely by Stripe. RigMind never sees or stores your credit card number — only a Stripe customer ID and your subscription status.
IP addresses: For guest (non-logged-in) users, we temporarily store your IP address in Redis to enforce daily usage limits. This data expires automatically after 25 hours and is never used for any other purpose.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating RigMind.
When you build a rig, your input (tone description, platform selection) is sent to the Anthropic Claude API to generate your signal chain. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their Privacy Policy. We do not store your prompts or the AI responses in our database after your session ends.

We retain your account data (email, usage counts, subscription status) for as long as your account is active. Guest IP rate limit data expires automatically after 25 hours. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days.

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and role-based access controls on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
RigMind is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
