Welcome to RigMind. By accessing or using rigmind.ai or rigmind.net (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About RigMind

RigMind is an AI-powered guitar tone building tool operated by RigMind AI LLC ("RigMind," "we," "us," or "our"). The Service generates signal chain recommendations, block settings, and gear suggestions based on user input.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using RigMind, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Accounts

You may use certain features of RigMind without creating an account. To access Pro features and higher usage limits, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately at social@rigmind.ai if you suspect unauthorized use

4. Free and Pro Plans

RigMind offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription:

• Free: 1 rig build per day, no credit card required
• Pro: Up to 10 rig builds per day, billed at $10/month via Stripe

Usage limits reset daily at midnight UTC. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Payments and Cancellation

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize RigMind to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain Pro access until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

6. AI-Generated Content

RigMind uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate tone recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated signal chains are suggestions, not guarantees of a specific sound
• Results may vary based on your specific equipment, settings, and playing style
• RigMind makes no warranty that any generated rig will produce a specific tone
• Content you submit (tone descriptions, platform selections) may be processed by Anthropic's API in accordance with their usage policies

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Use automated scripts or bots to generate rigs at scale
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying prompts or systems
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Share account credentials with others to bypass usage limits

8. Intellectual Property

The RigMind name, logo, and branding are trademarks of RigMind AI LLC. The Service's code, design, and underlying systems are proprietary. The tone recommendations generated for you are yours to use freely for personal or commercial music production purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RigMind does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific tone result will be achieved. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RigMind AI LLC and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at social@rigmind.ai.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where RigMind AI LLC is registered.
